Established in 1998,Hongkong Jiayitian Limited specializes in manufacturing  more than 300 models of special car dvd player multimedia navigatin systems under the brand”JYT”for KIA Motors,Mazda,Toyota,Hyundai,Honda,Nissan,Skoda,Volkswagen etc.In 2010, we established the new brand “Yessun”.We have been awarded as the one of the top five brand manufacturer of China and get rich experience cooperating with before market such as KIA MOTOR ,NISSAN,FAW,BYD car factories and our products get a high reputation and hot market in europe middle-east,sourth-east Asia,sourth Africa etc.

Facilities and Workforce

Our factory is with 36000 square meters industry park and about 800 employees. We have 16 product lines , 15 SMT lines(including high-speed Al lines,and MI lines) equipped with imported machines from Sony,Samsung and Toshiba.The annual production output is 1,200,000pcs.

R&D department

Investing 20 percent of our turnover in R&D, we have more than 50 R&D engineers with 10 years of experience can design four or five new products monthly and develop new products according to customer’s requirement in 40 days.

Quality Assurance system

In 2004,our factory is qualified by ISO9001:2000 QA system , In 2011,qualified by ISO/TS 16949 car accessory management system which is the quality standard for car factory.

We also have over 80 experienced QC auditors who use vibration meters, constant tempreture and humidity chambers, high speed SMT machines and ICT test instruments bought from Taiwan and Germany to ensure all our products are free of defects.For your assurance, one year warranty is provided.
